Items to keep for Dream Weaver Warranties

For your Dream Weaver Warranty to be honored, you must have the following items in hand:

  1. Original Dwellings Decor Invoice
  2. A copy of the sample label from Dwellings Decor
  3. A small piece of carpet from installation (2′ x 2′)
  4. Installers information
  5. Dream Weaver requires certified carpet cleaning every 12 to 18 months, keep receipts

Important exclusions you may not know about your Dream Weaver Warranty

For all your exclusions, please visit your Dream Weaver warranty, below are the most common exclusions:

  1. Abnormal abuse, carpet exposed to hot substances or abusive conditions
  2. Crushing caused by furniture or other objects
  3. Damage by normal carpet wear, routine cleaning, or regular maintenance
  4. Improper installation
  5. Carpet installed in commercial facilities, outdoor, or anywhere other than owner occupied residences

      Can you use a Shark vacuum on Dream Weaver carpets and keep warranty? Are there any vacuum restrictions?
