Orders and Returns

Due to the scarcity of our products and the supply chain challenges with our unique product lines, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Partial/full refunds are granted only if item(s) are damaged or missing parts upon arrival. See damaged items policies.

Damaged Item

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must contact Dwellings Décor within 5 days to report damages and quality problems.

Approval of return is needed before shipping damaged item(s) back to the store. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender. Please send pictures of damaged item(s) to ashley@dwellingsdecor.com. Once damages have been approved, the return process will begin.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your damaged item and will advise of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within five business days after damaged item(s) are received.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced item to reach you might vary.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

Orders $75 and over will receive free shipping.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender.
