Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition, including all original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box
We’ll work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment in 10 business days.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to post.

Limitations: This refund policy does not cover items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any return if it does not meet the above criteria.
Amendments: Dwellings Decor, Inc. reserves the right to amend this policy at anytime without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
This policy does not apply to construction services, installation, labor, or construction-related products. Review your construction estimates for those terms.
