2. A copy of the sample label from Dwellings Decor
3. A small piece of carpet from installation
4. Mohawk requires receipts from certified carpet cleaning every 18 months

Important exclusions you may not know about your Mohawk Warranty

1. Accidents (i.e. flooding), Abuse (i.e. cutting), or Abnormal Wear (i.e. damage from non-specified pets)
2. Crushing from furniture or heavy items
3. Normal carpet wear, routine cleaning, or regular maintenance
4. Improper installation
5. Carpet installed in rental properties or other commercial use
